New engagements:
If we've never done work for you in the past, we will normally require a deposit before any coding or design work will commence. Depending on the complexity of the engagement, further payments may be required upon the successful completion of specified milestones. Otherwise, any remaining balance will be due upon satisfactory completion of your project.

All engagements:
If at any point, you are unhappy with the level of service you are receiving, you may cancel the engagement and request a pro-rated refund for any uncompleted work. "Uncompleted Work" is defined as any work product (specified in the initial agreement or from subsequent client requests) that has not been substantially completed or submitted for your review.

We deliver ALL solutions (from the simplest web site to the most complex database integration project) in a progressive series of features and/or design components. We also adhere to a formal web development methodology ("Web Dev Roadmap") that ensures continuous accountability and client oversight throughout every step of every engagement. Basically, this means "no surprises".

By following this structured delivery approach, there should never be a point within the development process where you feel "out of the loop" or "out of touch". If you do, PLEASE let us know.

This guarantee does not cover any 3rd party products, services or subscriptions (e.g., payment gateways, plugins, content providers, etc.) that may be integrated into your site (on your behalf). We've got to draw the line somewhere!
